We will repair or replace, at our discretion, the electronic or mechanical parts of the instrument, for any problems due to the original workmanship or materials, subject to inspection of the instrument at our facility or an authorized alternate facility. This does not cover damage caused by wear or misuse or accident, or damage to the paint, lacquer, or body material, especially if exposed to extreme temperature or sunlight. The customer is responsible for shipping to and from us.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE POLICY
Standard series instruments are subject to a 7 day approval period, beginning upon receipt of item by the customer. The customer has the option to return the item for full refund or credit minus all shipping costs*. All items must pass inspection upon return as being in exactly the same condition as when shipped from us before credit or refund will be issued. In the event of noticeable wear or damage, customer is liable for cost of repair or restoration to original condition. The policy for custom instruments is different, and varies on a case-by-case basis.
* "All shipping costs" refers to both the shipping and handling costs from us to the customer, as well as the cost of returning the item by the customer to us.
